‘Relax For Teens’ is a guided Relaxation group. It is highly beneficial to teenagers, supporting them to be effective in their studies and in social situations. It aids to release stress and feelings of anxiety.
It is a supportive way for teenagers to grow into young adults, to be able to focus when they need to and to be able to become more aware in a gentle and safe environment. ‘Relax for Teens’ supports teenagers to feel good about themselves.
The group runs for 30mins, which has proven to be the most beneficial. Being neither too long nor too short. Teenagers respond incredibly quickly to the group and often find they are able to go quite deep into relaxation and feel the benefit immediately. They quickly become aware of new things.
If you feel your teenager would like to join one of our groups or if you have any further questions please contact me. If you feel that your teenager would benefit from this but prefer one on one, please let me know.
We are currently running a group in Castlemaine on Thursdays @ 4pm
‘Relax for teens’ is also available for regular school visits or hospital settings.
