Even though I had an academic understanding of boundaries, for years I struggled with creating ones that supported me.
I found myself withdrawing and avoiding life.
Without knowing it, I had a negative perception of boundaries and this was interfering with my behaviour.
I needed to change my sub conscious beliefs around boundaries.
In my brain they were hard work, negative and exhausting.
I gained clarity and grew in confidence.
I started to see boundaries from a perspective where they worked for me.

When I embraced my empathic self, trusted my intuition and stopped comparing myself to others changes happened. I was able to make changes which support me in being relaxed and joyful.
