For the past ten years I have been running weekly meditation groups. It is something which I love to do and would love to share with you.
All you need is to be open to benefiting and I am confident you will.
I encourage you to wear comfortable clothes, find a space where you won’t be disturbed and have a glass of water close by. I always run meditation classes seated, that way I am able to support myself deeply. If you prefer to lie down or sit on the floor thats fine as well! What ever works best for you.
